If Empower Pure NMN isn't right for you, you can request a refund within 100 days of receiving your order — even if the bottle has been opened. Contact us at help@empowersupps.com to start a return.

Your legal right to cancel (UK)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and receive a full refund including standard delivery. To do this, email help@empowersupps.com before the 14 days expire.

How to return an item

1. Email help@empowersupps.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll confirm the return address and next steps.
3. Return the item to us following those instructions.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll cover the return cost — please include a photo where possible.

Refunds

Once we've received your return (or your cancellation request under the 14-day right), we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds under the 100-day guarantee cover the price of the product(s).

Faulty or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Contact us and we'll put it right.
