Our products

Empower products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on this site is for general wellbeing purposes and is not medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a health condition, consult your GP or pharmacist before use. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order but does not form a contract; a contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error occurs), in which case we'll refund any payment taken.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error we'll contact you before dispatch.

Delivery, returns & guarantee

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
